The reason:

1. The gap between the ignition rod is covered with carbon slag and oil pollution.

3, the distance between the ignition rod is not right, too long or short.

4, ignition rod insulation skin damage, short circuit to the ground.

5, ignition cable and transformer failure: cable break, connector damage caused by short circuit ignition; Transformer disconnection or other faults occur.

The treatment measures are as follows: clear, replace, adjust the distance, change the line, change the transformer.

Two, the ignition rod of gas boiler sparks but does not ignite

The reason:

1. The ventilation clearance of the cyclone disc is blocked by carbon deposition, resulting in poor ventilation.

2. The oil nozzle is unclean, blocked or worn.

3. The damper setting Angle is too small.

4, ignition rod tip from the leading edge of the oil nozzle distance is not appropriate (too protruding or shrinkage)

5. Di Solenoid valve of an oil gun is blocked by debris (small fire gun).

6, the oil is too viscous flow is not easy or the filter system is blocked or the oil valve is not open, so that the oil pump suction is insufficient and the oil pressure is low.

7. The filter screen of the oil pump itself is blocked.

8, the oil contains more water (boiling noise in the heater).

Treatment measures are: clear; First clean, if not for new; Small adjustment test; Adjust the distance (3~4mm is the best); Disassembly and cleaning (cleaning parts with diesel oil); Check pipelines and oil filters, insulation equipment; Remove the outer screw of the oil pump, carefully remove the outer cover and take out the oil net inside, and soak it with diesel oil. Try it with new oil.
